I think that pork tenderloin is ok. It is very low in fat and it has more protein per once than beef. You just have to pick the right cut, just like beef.
Tenderlion is good....just be careful what you put on it (ie sugary sauce)
Ive been buying center cut pork chops and tenderloin.
I used to eat pork a lot. Now I just look at it in a different disgusting way.
Bacon is the sh*t though......

I used to have a baby pig...I see bacon ...I think poor Wilbur...we actually called him Wilby....full name....Wilby bacon...hehe....yeah I'm goin to hell...what about pork chops?...generally better or worse than tenderloin?
Chops usually have more fat than the loins, but they are okay for fat/pro meals for sure.

Too much fat and they tend to put salt on it to preserve it. I don't eat pork at all personally, but as long as you cook it really well, it's not too bad for you.
U can get pork chops that are relatively lean, and have no salt/pepper/nothing on them. Fresh, just like chicken breasts.Originally Posted by DBarcelo

Besides a little salt isnt going to kill you unless you are prepping for a show. Well actually you may want the salt depending on what time frame of show prep you are in. One of the very last things I ever look at is sodium. If you are getting your H2O intake you shouldnt retain much water to begin with.
Not if you are Jewish!
Swole, u dont dig on the swine?
