yesterday, started out with a large pizza from little caesars around 11. had 2 burgers with all the fixin's later in the day with half a bag of potato chips and about 6 rice crispy cookies.
this morning i didn't feel very well.
One must let themselves go on a cheat day young grasshopper.....if that was the best cheat day ever, I would hate to see your other ones. If you are staying very strict to your diet, then an all out cheat day won't hinder you in any way, and you may even lose weight from the kick in the @$$ you deal to your metabolism.
Also downed a pizza (tombstone) yesterday on my cheat day. All I have to look forward to now is my next cheat day on the 4th. I love cook outs!!
this is a cheat day in a half that i had yesturday.
2 cheese burgers w/ cheese, pickles, lettuce, and 33 oz peach snapple ice tea
8 stuffed clams

1 bag of gucamole < -- cant spell it dorritos w/ ONION DIP

and that was all before 3:30 pm before NACAR came on.
1 philly cheese steak w/ extra onions and half a sausage and peper sandwich that my girl couldnt finish. i had pepsi with all this.
and lasly, a pint of rocky road ice cream.
*** i had a hole cheat weekend but only listed what i did on sunday, if i told you bro's what i did/ate/drank from fri- now, you would want me be banned,![]()
time to get back on track though, my weight and body has been staying the same with no progess at all for about a month now and i have a feeling its from weekends like this.lol

Yeah if you're trying to cut, you probably want to keep it to one day of cheating. 2 cheat DAYS is probably a little much.
I have a "solid" cheat day on Sundays, however, I usually have a "liquid" cheat weekend. I try to limit the alcohol intake, but peer pressure is a motherfvcker.![]()
