Creatine Questions

I used VPX Plasma Expander and had great results. The cost was a fortune. I gain lots of size and lost none hardly. I tried CellTech and it just didnt work for me. I was looking for a good Creatine that works that might be cheaper that I have not heard of, so if anyone knows of such let me know. Thanks.

you can make your own cell-tech for a fraction of the cost of the real thing(creatin mono, dextrose and gatorade powder) works pretty well and very cheap

Yeah, making your own cell-tech is the way to go. I dunno why the cell-tech didn't work for you, its a good product just overpriced...

I take Muscle Milk for Protein.. it kicks ass..

yeah muscle milk is awesome, i never lose much at all when i come off of cell-tech

I've been trying in the other parts of the forum to find a diet and workout to get bigger. I will try anything to add some size on. I gained weight off NLARGE 2 but it just went to my stomach it seems. If you have any recommended workouts and diet plan. I would appreciate it.
