i am starting a very rough draft diet here, and need some suggestions. right now i am very strapped for money, and this is my typical meal for the day.
5:30AM
2 packets of oatmeal
4 egg whites
7:00AM
Supplimental shake
9:00AM
4 scambled eggs
1 peice of canadian bacon
11:00AM
2 cans of tuna fish
3 egg whites
5oz brown rice
1:30PM
Supplimental Shake
5:00PM
5oz Chicken breast
2 cups Caulflower
5oz brown rice
6:00PM
Supplimental shake
9:00PM (Before bed)
2 cans Tuna
3 egg whites
5oz Brown rice
Supplimental shake (Before bed)
i am 5'11" and weigh in at a lowly 145lbs. obviously im trying to put some weight on. its very hard for me because my metabolism is EXTREMELY high. i would like some advice on how i can improve this diet to gain some pounds. i have been training for over a year now, and i cannot seem to gain any weight, hence the diet.
