If take and ECAC stack and maintain my normal diet while working out with lots of cardio, can I still gain a lot with out putting on the extra fat of bulking or no?
basically do they inhibit gains in general?

Let me state my situation, I am in the offseason for football(college) spring break is coming around and so is the entire spring and summer, I really want to drop some weight, doesnt have go be fast (fast would be good though) but I also do not want to comprimise important strength and muscle gains, any suggestions?
