hey guys, just wondering what kind of caloric intake goals such as carbs, protein and fats, i should shoot for while on my cycle.
Stats are: 6' 248 pounds, 13%bf Im runnin 4 weeks Dbol at 50 mg per day, 13 weeks test enanth. at 500 mg per, and 12 weeks of EQ at 500 mg.
Currently eating about 250 - 290 grams of protein a day but thats about all i've been keeping track of. Im tryin not to put on too much fat as I already have kind of this dunlap gut. Lemme know what you guys think.
