I am experiencing soreness in my knee joints, does anybody know what I can take besides glucosamine. I am taking that already, I am just wondering if there is anything else I can do.

deca can temorarily help lube up your joints. in some cases in can pretty much eliminate some of your soreness. although i've never had any problems with sore joints, i heard that shark cartlidge could be used to your benefit. bump for any more info.
In my own experiences, it's just a sign that you haven't recovered. Time off is the only solution. If it's chronic, you have to check your form in the exerices you do and unfortunately, take more time off and perhaps see a specialist. If you squat, do it with your toes slightly pointed out and with a wider stance.
Are you on Winny? Its very common with winny, I am going to Bextra when I start winny in a couple af days...Originally Posted by thepremier

Yeah, I was on winny, but I just got off the cycle about a month or so ago.

What works for me while Im on winny, is drinking lots of GREEN tea and I'm also drinking Osteo Biflex 2 tabs a day. It helps lubricate your joints, and @ the same time keeps you healthy. Of course I also drink it b/c I like it. But I have no soreness in my joints and Im going on week 3 now of my winny. The joint aches are ver minor.
winny and joint pain is very common.I took glucosamine sulfate while I was running winny
do you have knee wraps for the heavey sets, that's a must.
winny killed my joints too. don't think I will use it again.
I would not use Winny...it restructures your collagen...it gets brittle and there's no water attracted to the connective tissue. That spells disaster. Use a low dose of tren to get the same effects of winny...rawhideOriginally Posted by bjayg
P.S. I hear that Traumeel is very good for the joints. www.performancenutritionals.com or look it up in a search engine. They use it in European clinics and hospitals post surgery/injury.

I had knee joint pain for years. Even bad case of bursitus... did 2 deca cycles and now 2-3 months after deca cycle knee pain is still gone, bursitus appears as if its 100% healed. I understand EQ is even better then deca on lubricating the joints.Originally Posted by thepremier
Off the shelf glucosamine is your only bet. Unfortunatley because it's an anti-inflamitory it will reduce your pumps. I know this first hand. Wether or not it hinders total gains i don't know.Originally Posted by thepremier
Dbol is mega joint lube. I have super bad knees. Bdol helped like nuts.
I"m in physio now and it's working terrific. it's not that expensive, i would suggest you look into it.
ps. Many think it's a cartilage/joint problem. the most common pain is felt from the knee cap slidding up and down the knee.
some nandrolon will help... not too much... only therapeutical doseges - 100-150mg weekly...
