    Question Fiber sources for lean mass diet

    Hey I've been sort of constipated lately. I pretty much stay away from all carbs. What's the best solution for this? Is celery the best food to eat? Will it transform into fat? Thanks.

    Brocolli, Green Beans, Almonds, Flax Seeds, Walnuts, or hell take a fiber supplement like Benefiber.

    There are a lot of good choices. Buy some low carb tortillias, those have like 10g of fiber in em
