Just wondering if there is anything you can take(supplements) to help offset the soreness and joint tightness from Winny??? And no, too late to start Deca and didnt want to anyway. My freackin muscles are tight as a MOFO and I love it but I feel like I can barely move my upper body around my joints are so tight!! Cardio in the a.m. has been a BITCH!! I;ve been stretching. But is there anything I can supplement with??? And if so, how much/day??? Thanks Bro's!!!
