I use FitDay and it kicks ass, but I never realized there were 13g of fat in a 6oz chicken breast... it has 50g protein, and i usually try to get around 30g carbs for a pro/carb meal. Is that too much fat to classify it as a pro/carb? Should I use tuna there instead and save the chicken for a pro/fat?
Also, FitDay says, estimated on my daily activity level, age and weight and stuff that my maintenance caloric intake is around 4000... is this F-ing crazy or what? Does this mean that I've been undereating to bulk the past 3 years? That just seems insanely high for a day's burning without any cardio
