I was thinking of trying this carb cycling thing my diet wold look something like this:
Day 1: 300 grams carbs, 200 grams protein, 50 grams fat
Day 2: 100 grams carbs, 300 grams protein, 50 grams fat
Day 3: 100 grams carbs, 300 grams protein, 50 grams fat
Day 4: 400 grams carbs, 200 grams protein, 50 grams fat
The question I have is this a good carb cycling plan or should I cycle the fats along with it? Also personal opinions on carb cycling and it's effectiveness are very welcome. Thanks for you patience I am trying to learn as much as possible.
