Each week, up the calories by 1,000. If you are at 4-5k now, in a month, if you do it right and stuff til you almost puke, you could reach 8k. 8k is too much for you in my opinion. But, if you aren losing weight off 5k calories, you should really go to the doctor and get your thyroid checked out. That is a lot of food to eat and still lose 5 lbs a day. That is kinda serious.
Add another shake or two per day. Add some ice cream to each shake. Add some eggs and oats to the shakes. Add some sort of oil to the shakes. 3 eggs, whole fat milk, ice cream and oats adds up to about 500 calories alone per shake not including the powder you mix in. So that alone will give you 1500 EXTRA calories per day if you stick to it.
