Heres my new diet, im sure it has alot of flaws but thats why im showing you guys .. thanks for any help you guys are great..
5g glutamine fuel when i wake up
9am-5 egg whites, 1 whole egg with a bowl of quaker oates, ntohing added.. along with a bannana and apple.
1 scoop cell tech before workout
10am-workout
1 scoop of cell tech after workout
11:30- right after workout-nitrotech protein shake
1:00 pm- 2 cans of tuna
3:00 pm - 2 cans of tuna or 3 pieces of chicken breast
5pm- Nitrotech protein bar
7 pm- lean turkey sandwich with 12 grain bread and assorted veggies
9 pm- protein shake
5g glutamine fuel b4 bed
I also eat alot of fruits throughout the day
Can someone please give me some advice on my diet .. im currently 5'10-5'11, 180 ibs and on a mild cycle of sust250/eq200mg per week.. thanks agian
