this site should really become a sticky..
not tryin tosound like a jerk, but cartons of eggs have nutrition labels.
average egg around 6-7g
if anyone remembers the first Rocky movie, he wakes up in the morning, cracks 5 eggs into a glass, and drinks it. He could have gotten the same amount of protein by eating a piece of chicken. Is there something special about egg protein?
It's the most complete source of Protein there is. MOre complete than even chicken. That's what it says in the nutrition books at least. Eggs are at the top of the list.

Yea he is! my fat ass roomate never goes to the gym with me and my other roomate, but whenever he watches rocky he always gets in the mood to go. You gotta love the Rock!
...the question is...out of the 6g of protein...how much of it is actually digestible? What's the BV on egg protein?
. . . the answer is mid 90's out of a 100. It is pretty high in BV. The highest their is!!
