    Milk Thistle and R-ala amounts

    Cycle: Test E & Dbol

    10mg of Nolva throughout. Taking 300mg of R-ala (200 in AM, and 100 w/ lunch)...how much Milk Thistle is recommended a day?

    I take around 1000mg-1600mg/ed @200mg/pills
    I have heard you can take up to 2000mg/ed
