Alright.. you guys did awesome ripping apart my cutting diet and I'm really enjoying it... seeing striations and definition even though I'm not doing cardio... I know I should be.
Here's my bulking diet starting the 2nd or 3rd week in August. I'm going to quit cutting at the end of July and slowly up my calories so I can get my appetite back in full force by cycle-time. Ill be on 12 weeks of Test E 500mg/week and 4 weeks of Dbol at around 40mg/day. PCT of course. Here's the diet.
Meals approximately 2 1/2 or 3 hours apart, with the exception of PW shake and PPW meal. All these numbers are absolute minimums.
#1 60g protein 104g carbs = 656 Calories
Egg Whites and Oatmeal
24 oz. water
CARBS MIGHT BE A LITTLE HIGH BUT SEE HOW IT GOES
#2 60g protein 40g fat = 600 Calories
Steak and flax or Chicken and peanuts
24 oz. water
IF YOU GO WITH THE STEAK YOU WONT NEED THE FLAX
#3 60g protein 104g carbs = 656 Calories
Chicken and bread/oatmeal/potato
24 oz. water
MAKE THIS A PRO/FAT MEAL. . USE THAT FLAX AND HAVE CHICKEN BREAST PERHAPS???
Workout
#4 PWO Shake
46g protein 90g carbs (50% malto/50% dex) = 550 Calories
24 oz water
GOOD
#5 60g protein 104g carbs = 656 Calories
Chicken and potato/rice/bread
24 oz. water
I WOULDNT GO WITH THE BREAD, BUT IT LOOKS OK LIKE THAT
#6 60g protein 30g fat = 510 Calories
Big steak and peanuts
AGAIN, U SHOULDNT NEED ANOTHER FAT SOURCE BESIDES STEAK
