i heard drinking jello mix works well. just mix it with cold water and half the amount of water the directions recommend.

Use sweet tarts!! Those are nothing but pure dextrose.
Regular sugar won't get it done.

If you live in a place where dextrose is illegal or something, I would get the red gatoraide, it contains the most dextrose of all the gatoraides.
