Well I'm barely in week 3 and I already feel and see some small changes. Mostly the small nutz.

Anyway I wanted to make sure my diet is good with my plan to cut. My Bf is just way to high so I want to cut as much fat as possible. Here are the details.
I'm 6'4" 245
I am on Test 400 1EW
(Thinking about adding EQ)
Running 4 days a week 30 to 40 mins
Here is my daily diet:
MORNING
Eggs (with yolks...I can't help it :P) 3 in the morning
Oatmeal w/ non fat milk
Protein Shake Mid Morning (50grams per shake)
LUNCH
Skinless Chicken Breast
No Dressing Salad
And/Or Can of Chicken (55 grams of protein per can)
Mid Afternoon Protein Shake
DINNER
Steak, Steamed Veggies
Workout (Late night cause of my two kids)
Get home and drink my last protein shake
Usually eat some eggs and/or more canned chicken
The only thing I cheat on is leaving the yolks in the eggs sometimes...so that's good to lean out right? Anything I'm missing?
