    injection question

tonight i was doing my normal injection of winny. apspirated and got the normal bubble no blood at all. as i was injecting my shoulder kind of spasmed for like half sec. i finished the injection and then when i pulled out blood came out the spot fast and dripped down my arm but only for like 2 secs. as soon as i whipped the spot no more dripped out. when i looked at the needle there was the littlest bit of red in the plastic part before the needle. i didnt get dizzy or anything. does this mean i just nicked a vein on way out? i would just assume that but just asking because of the slight muscle spasm if it's anything different that I may need to worry about.

    Thanks guys
