prop end of cycle till pct - dosages ???

ok, i try to make my question simple...
lets say a test enanth cycle for 10 wks that will finish with prop (till pct)
1-10 test e 500mg (mon-fri injections)
11-12 prop 100-150mg eod (startin on a mon)
13-15 pct

the test enanth levels still in the body will be higher in the first wk after last shot (wk 11) adn will decrease to zero durin wk 12 right?
to keep test level constant during these 2 wks, wouldn be better to change the amount of prop in each wk?

1-10 test e 500mg
11 prop (lower dosage --> 75-100 eod)
12 prop (mid dosage --> 100-150 eod)

is this a smart question or im just thinkin too much?
