QV Dbol Dose Timing

plan on taking dbol 30 mg ed...the QV tabs come in 10 mg tabs....should i spread 3 throughout the day or split them into 5 mg's and take them 6 times a day for more even concentration in the bloooooood...

Split them up 6x's a day is best imo, just keeps the bc nice and even

Do I need to take them with food, or is just some grapefruit juice ok? How much grapefruit just shall I take with every 5mg of D.bol?

Well I dont think you need 6 doses, but they do need to be split. They have a half-life of about 4 - 6 hours so I go every 5 hours. So I think like 3 or 4 a day is fine. JMO. ALSO, have you tries sleeping on them yet? And yeah, take them with food

Why do you with 6 doses? If it has a half life of 4/6 hours, and unless you set an alarm to take 1 in the middle of the night? So you would take them at 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm, and 2am?

I personally go 4 x a day because of the half life. I go at 6am, 11am, 4pm, and 9pm

i thought the half life was 3.5 hours from the research i have done so i figured 6 doses would be better to keep you in check with sides and blood levels

Ya bro have fun getting to sleep on dbol. I never had a problem sleeping whil on dbol till this past cycle. Night sweats every freakin night and tossing and turning. Only time I beat my alarm clock up in my life!

yes i get drug tested for my probation i dunt knoe if they drug test for roids or if it comes out on a piss test dats wuht im trying to find out ...dats why im asking if anybody noes how long it takes for D-Bol to get out of ure system,,.?
