Is it too late to start taking nolva or clomid to treat gyno once it has hardened under the nipple and been there for over a year? I'm guessing that I would have to have surgery to get it removed.

You will need surgery..... the gland and lump will always be there....... You could try running an AI like arimadex, femara......... some guys have posted that running the AI would shrink the mass.... some have even stated that it cured the gyno but I don't belive this.......
