i use the viagra/cialis combo and it's very good.why use it to get a pump in the gym though.you can achieve that through proper hydration and timed carbs.i see no point, but for it sexually it is good

what do you mean by "timed carbs"?

Use it for recreation only, enhances things if you don't have a problem and can help you though some tough times on pct.

I can't speak for him, but I believe he's talking about controlling insulin/ insulin sensitivity.

I've had quite a bit of experience with Cialis, Viagra, and Levitra. I can tell you right away that using both Cialis and Viagra together should not get you much more efficacy but it will result in an increase side effects as both drugs have the same mechanism of action (They are both PDE5 inhibitors)

Dosing for Cialis - 20mg in Canada is starting and highest dose, 10mg in US, not sure why the difference but in clinical trials, 20mgs was found to be the most effective with the fewest amount of sides.
Dosing for Viagra - 50mg is starting, can go up to 100mg

Most common sides - headache, dyspepsia, backpain - sides should only occur at peak concentration - about 2 hours for both and should dissipate after that. Experience has shown that Viagra causes sides in more people than Cialis

Viagra - Must take on an empty stomach or will reduce efficacy and delay onset of action, also only efficacious for 4 hours
Cialis - Can take with food, alcohol and is efficacious for 36 hours

There is also the misconception that these drugs increase libido - they don't! and will only work in the presence of sexual stimulation (whatever that may be)

I like cialis. Have no side effects at all. When I used viagra I had better erection but only for 1 night. Cilalis works 3-4 days. I have no problems, but cialis helps me have affairs night long :-)
