U.S. Customs: shipment seized

hope all is well with ya'll.

i tracked a shipment on usps.com and this is what i got:

"Your item is being processed by United States Customs. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

i'm somewhat uptight about this. can any of you bro's please speculate if the shipment has indeed been intercepted by customs.

It's standard, I wouldn't worry about it.

Its not seized. If it was it would say " Your item is being processed by United states customs. No further information is available"

Did you order gear or anciliaries? Reason is I got the same thing from USPS and I ordered anciliaries so I know I am ok but just curious.

Yeah bro, JUST TO BE SAFE, I would definately clean the house. THAT way if it IS a cd you will be sure knowing that they WILL NOT find ANYTHING in your house related to what you ordered. IMO

I know that's standard fair for you package to have that message. If you ordered stuffed animals overseas that would happen. Howeve cleaning house when waiting for a package is never a dumb decision.

Always clean house whenever you order something, but I wouldn't worry about the shipment. Normal procedure.

Just stay cool. You may get a registered letter from the U.S. Post Office saying that your A.S. have been seized but if you have a prescription for them you can claim them by a certain date. If not claimed they will be destroyed (so they say). You won't get in any trouble but more than likely the name and address you used will be put in US Customs data base. I was "popped" by US Customs back in "97 for importation of a controlled substance(A.S.). Anything that goes through Chicago has a high rate of getting nabbed by U.S. Customs. Good luck bro. I would use a different name and address along with a different source next time. Hope this info was helpful.

i appreciate all you brother's input. i will definitely move the tiny amount of gear i have in my house for personal use. btw, below is the new message on usps site concerning my shipment of powders only:

I got ripped off by *************. I had ordered a small amount of gear just to see if i would get it.They had told me that my shipment got seized by customs and that they were gonna send it again & i never received a seizure notice a knock on my door or anything.Oh! they said that it got seized again when they tried to resend it. I still never got a seizure letter or anything.
