Hey,
I've gotten my hands on 1kg of HMB for real cheap. My mate who got the same tells me to be effective I need to take around 12grams a day. 2 in morning, 4 before workout, 4 after and 2 at night. I'd like to know whether this is excessive and has potential to damage the liver or if I should look at even a higher dosage to be as effective as possible.
I'm using this up before stepping up to juice, just so to get use to working out and putting on as much as possible naturally.
