what source of dextrose do you use in your pwo meal.a supplement or food source.trying to find a supplement in the uk but not much luck.

kentnutrition.com for dextrose, just mix it 2:1 ratio with pro in pwo shake

i dont think kent goes to the UK but i'm not sure. call up a local brewery or brewery store and you can get some there

They ship anywhere, but 10+ lbs. to the UK might be a little pricey?? Probably best to find a local source if you can. Just make sure you get Dextrose Monohydrate and not Corn Starch.
