Im about to do my first cycle of;

400 deca- wk1-7
250-500 sustenon - wk1-8
20 nolvadex daily until end of pct (raising to 50 if itchy nipples etc)

pct - ovinum
day 1- 300mg
day 2- 100mg
days 3-14 - 50mg

with this cycle I have read it can have good chance of progesterone gyno. I was just wondering if many of you had had this problem?

first off your not running your cycle long enough. i would do something like this
1-14 sus 500/week
1-13 1/2 deca 400/week

run one more shot of the sus so the PCT times line up so u can start PCT 18 days after last sust shot.
then run
nolva 10mg ED
and b6 400mg/ed
femara 1.25mg/EOD
thoguhout entire cycle

ive had progesterone gyno from fina. its not good. milk coming from nipples and its tough as hell to treat. just use the b6 and u should be cool. start it a week or so early jsut to have it in your system u can even run 600mg/ed if u are that worried

nope especially with the deca. deca needs to be run at least 10-12 weeks IMO. plus i hate using sust. especially for a first cycle. because of all the different esters in there, it is very tough to keep your blood levels steady unless u inject EOD. i would switch to a single ester like test enanthate. better results also IMO. here might be a better one for ya

1-11 test enanthate 500mg/week
1-10 deca 400/ week

or for a first cycle your best bet is just ...
1-10 test enanthate 500mg/week
nolva and femara whole way through pct 2 weeks after last shot

Bromo or dostinex will do the job, b6 can damage the central nervous system.

actually dostinex only works for elevated prolactin levels ( thanks einy). it didnt do much if anything for my prog gyno
