I was close to getting gyno while on Anti-e's. Your have to play with your doses to find what works for you for whatever gear you're using. It can be trial and error sometimes. Only you can guage the changes in your body.

I am taking fina/winny/prop, I have gyno already(it not that bad but still gyno). I am taking 25 mg nolva ed 12mg in morning and 12 at night(Big purple pills was told it was chinese) and am taking .5 mg of arimadex (not sure what kind but very small with no marking on it). Have been on the cycle since sunday and my nipples still have some pain here and there. shouldnt the anti's make the pain go away? How long till they would kick in? I am also taking 200mg b-6.

Adex and Ndex should kick within days. If your nipples are burning...up your Ndex doses.

At .5mg Adex and 25mg Ndex...I'm finding it hard to believe that you would have gyno.

Maybe your tits are sore from the fina...then no anti-e will help you.

I ran .25mg adex throughou, then ran 80mg Nolva, and still had started to get it. Had to cut the cycle short. I won't risk ever running test again.

No on that cycle I kickstarted with prop and switched to enanth. NOW I can't use test, I'm a little too wary.

What would you use instead of test? I have gyno before I started this cycle. Do you think after 3 days I would feel the gyno. My nipples do get a little weird feeling they because I have gyno already its hard to tell if thats what is causing it or not. I dont think im prone to gyno. If I upped the dose would that help or would it be a waiste? I was told to take the nolve, half in the morning half at night, does that sound right?

I am currently on my second cycle:

wk 1-4---150 prop EOD
wk 1-10---600 enan/wk
wk 1-9---400 deca/wk

I started the cycle taking 10mg nolva ED, but by week 6 I had developed a pea-sized lump behind each nipple. I am now on week 10 and have been taking 40mg nolva ED since they first appeared.

The lumps have neither grown nor shrunk..................oh well, at least they're not visible.

You all need to run your anti-e's at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the cycle....... It will take that long to build blood levels so that the drugs can do thier jobs.

I also run them a week past PCT just in case of rebound effects.

You should be saturating yourself with nolva by running high amounts......... 80mg ED until symptoms go away and then 20mg throughout.

this is my first time doing Fina. How can I tell it apart if my tits are sore from fina or not. If they are sore from fina does that mean its pro-gyno?

I started taking 50, today but will up it to 80mg.. thanks
