Capping questions

I want to start capping my own amino acids and electrolytes. Save me some money I was on 1fast400 and I saw their cappings machines.

Cap Em Quick (for 0)
and
Cap Em Quick (for 00)

What do the zeros mean? Also, I want some empty caps. I'll be capping 5g of taurine at most and 500mg of potassium at most. Whats a good cap size?

0=400-500mg
00=800-1000mg
000=1000-2000mg

it really depends on the weight of the powder i know i cap b5 and also have a scale it says a 00 cap weighs 400mgs when finished

Also depends an awful lot on the amount of compression you are able to get. I dont know what kind of tamper the Cap-m-Quick comes with, but compression will have a huge effect on end capsule weight.

You'll save money but capping is a pain in the ass, it isnt fun.

If you can measure, mix, fill the machine with caps, fill the caps, then cap them all in 10 minutes then U Da Man!

the only thing im cappimg at the moment is b5 so thres no mixing ,measuring not needed either because i dont pack it down so that cuts down some
prolly 15 mins on a slow day
