I had the fattest ass cheat day yesterday.
Meal 1: Biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls
Meal 2: Chicken Noodles, apple pie, mashed potatoes, peanut butter pie, corn, sweet potato casserole
Meal 3: Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Fries, 1 ice cream sundae and 1 ice cream shake.
I was such a tubby bitch yesterday but I dont think it had much negative impact. The icecream was definetly orgasmic. I normally just do 2-3 cheat meals and the rest just protein meals being that my insulin is spiked and all.
