the totals come out to 130 carbs 300 protein 50 fat, now when keeping ratios and adjusting for my stats 175- are fibrous vegies included in that carb total...?? or is that just oatmeal brown rice destrose basically pwo and ppwo carbs....?
on non training days do you drop the pwo carbs and keep the protein cause if you do calories will drop approx 300 calories just from carbs 75 g dextrose and malodextrin is that right? or do you add in efa's or up protein to compensate. little confused on that one...
