Alright guys, I can definitely say from reading message boards on this site compared to others and can say that you all are the most knowledgable, so i'm proud to be a part of the board. Anyway, i'm 5'9, and weighed in today at about 156...not the biggest guy, but i've put on about 25 lbs in the last year since i started lifting. I'm only 18, so im staying away from the juice for at least another few years. Anyway, just wanted some feedback on my workout routine from you all.
Day 1- Chest, triceps
Day 2-Off
Day 3-Biceps, back
Day 4-Shoulders
Day 5-Legs
Day 6-off
Then repeat...Any feedback is appreciated...Thanks, and glad to be a part of the board!
