My uncle has farm land w/ timber adjacent to a state park w/ deer everywhere. He doesnt care at all how many "timber rats" we shoot outta there. Deer eat all his corn and beans. I take at least two every year.
you'd think there'd be too much sodium in it for a cutting diet
as long as your drinking your water and not taking nething else that could make you bloat (creatine, long ester test ect) then its all good broOriginally Posted by PrairieDawg

how would sodium or creatine together affect your cutting diet in any way?? i realize you will retain more water, but if you'll still burn the same amount of calories if you are retaining water or not....this is correct right?
so then how would sodium affect your cut? you wouldn't look as ripped, but water weight can be very easily dropped when deemed necessary!
Yeah just to try and aviod that soft look, when I eat something salty like jerky I down a s**t load of water to avoid water retention. It can be easliy dropped but requires sweating it off and drinking tons of water, it simple to avoid that hassle by just by keeping sodium intake low.

if your cutting then why would you want a bloated look?? whats the point??Originally Posted by angelxterminator
sodium can affect your cutting b/c sodium retain water. its not a HUGE deal as long as your drinkin your 2 gallons of water or w/e everyday

ok the only thing i wanted to clarify is water retention vs caloric output...i dont mind the slight bloat, i drink 2gals water ed, and i dont have a high sodium diet anyway, i'm not much of a salt person... now i'm gonna go stock up on lbs of jerky!
are there any sugar free brands ya'll know of off the top of your head?
i thought the **** would be a big nono because of sugar content too, **** i love jerky, can't wait till deer season, got a big ****er last year![]()
