OK, how's this for my updated cutting diet. I'm 24 6' 222 with a little gut that I'm trying to lose. Lifting 4 days a week and cardio 5 days a week.
5 am cardio on empty stomach
Breakfast 6 am
5 hardboiled eggs
cup of green tea with splenda and a little milk
TRY 6 EGGWHITES AND 2 WHOLE EGGS WITH A TBLS SPOON OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Whey protein shake at 8:30 am
NEED A FAT TRY A TBL SPOON OF FLAX, OLIVE OIL, OR NATTY PEANUT BUTTER
Lunch 11:30 am
Sliced chicken sandwich with pepper on wheat bread with fat free cheese and fat free mayo
GET RID OF BREAD SUB VEGGIES INSTEAD
Snack 1:30
85 g of albacore tuna with fat free mayo and pepper
RECOMMEND BETTER FAT SOURCE HERE SUCH AS AN EFA AS STATED IN MEAL #2
Dinner 3:30 (pre workout) from Boston Market
1/4 rotisserie chicken (I don't eat the skin) with pepper creamed spinach
DECENT AT BEST, DITCH THE CREAMED SPINCH CAUSE ITS GARBAGE, COOK UR OWN CHX WHO KNOWS WHAT BM COOKS THEIR **** IN
Post Workout 5:30
IMMEDIATLY AFTER MY LAST SET
Whey protein shake (55g of protein, 7 g of carbs) mixed with 46 g of Dextrose
55G PRO IS OK NOW U NEED 100G OF DEX
Evening Meal (Post-Post Workout) 6:15 pm
M-Sat 1 chicken breast with marinade and pepper
1/2 cup of brown rice
MAKE SURE MARINADE IS FAT FREE OR LOOSE IT
Sun Steak with garlic salt, butter ,salt, and pepper with A-1 steak sauce and a baked potato with pepper
DITCH THE SALT, BUTTER, POTATO AND TAKE IT EASY ON THE A-1, MAYBE SUB SOME VEGGIES INSTEAD OF POTATO
Bedtime meal 8:30 pm
Casein protein shake
cup of sleepytime tea with valerian in it
TAKE SOME FLAX WITH THAT SHAKE
I will also be drinking 5 liters of water a day (no soda, iced tea, etc)
DRINK ATLEAS 1.5 GALLONS OF H2O PLUS WHERE ARE U MULITIVITAMINS U NEED THEM!!!!!!
