I`m wondering if is a bad adeal? to add one more pro/carbs meal in my diet
Meal1: 1/2cup oatmeal with 1/2sc whey 8 egg whites
The added Meal2: 1/4cup lentils whith some broccoli (to increasse fiber), large can of tuna ~45g pro/20g carbs(10g fiber)/1.5fat
Meal3: 200g round steak, 1 teasp mustard
Meal4: 200g tuna steak, 1.5 tblsp flax
PWO:40g whey 80 dex 5g crea,5g clut,
PPWO: 200g chicken breast, 1/2cup br.rice,broccoli
Before bed: large can of tuna, 1.5 tblsp flax
Any opinions???
