heres my current routine:
day 1...am cardio, pm chest+tri
day 2...am cardio, pm legs
day 3...am cardio, pm shoulders
day 4..am cardio, pm back+bi's
day 5-6...am cardio, pm abs
day 7.....am cardio, no lift
should i have a pwo shake and ppwo carb/pro meal on ab days or no??? i get a good ab workout, all kinds of twists, crunches, weighted reverse crunches, etc....so my body would need the shake and carbs right? then my 1 cardio day i have like no carbs at all...sound good?
other than this ? my diet is pretty solid now, thanks to all the help i've been given here!!!
