Try Models. Make sure you get one with good padding.

I have bought a few things from Mega Fitness and have had good experience with them. http://www.megafitness.com/

Are there any other ways to add some GIRTH to the neck? Also, I've been trying to thicken my traps, but Im must be doing something wrong. Dont traps and neck go hand in hand?

Agreed...I have always been underweight, so once I started gaining, my neck needed some catching up. I started with ten pound plate, and worked my way up. Definitely can tell the difference,,,had to go by new dress shirts because the neck was too small.

Most gyms don't even have neck machines anymore! The liability issue must be very real. If you do the towel with the plate, start off very light and work your traps like an animal!
