Your going to have to specify what sleep aids your thinking about taking...
just some of those herbal ones at the health food store, not sure what it is, just breifly looked at them.
get a prescription from your md for ambien. by far the best that i have found
Are there any side effects? do you feel groggy in the morning?Originally Posted by RATM
You will get a rebound effect from ambien once you stop taking it. I don't suggest long usage.
DUDE...ambien is the shiit... kinda makes u tired..yes u feel weird in the morning ... BUT.. the crazy **** about this drug is that it makes u trip if you stay up on it. You guys want crazy stories to tell ur friends, take some ambien. Ive never had weirder nights in my life. But it does help u have peaceful sleep if you go to bed right away on it. A half of a 10mg will be just fine. If you take 10 or 15 mg's thats when i start to trip, its soo fun though. haha ask me, ill tell u some funny ass stories..

I wouldnt take those prescription sleep aids, its not healthy to let your body become dependant off that stuff. natural sleep is best by far. I would go herbal if I were you. I know I'm thinking about it.
What about Melatonin? Its an amino acid ^^
Melatonin never gave me a groggy feeling in the morning.

Gravol works fine. Take 1 tab and within a half hour you're out like a light. When you wake up, your stomach feels nice and settled too! It's a win/win situation.

it knocks me out and i dont feel bad in the morning
rest assured is like 7.99 for 120 pills
