I just graduated highschool this last school year and am spending the summer touring Europe. At the moment I am staying in Germany with some friends and have joined a gym. My last 2 years in highschool I worked out for football and rugby but now that I have all this extra time I want to get into serious shape, not just for a specific shape.
I have gained a few extra pounds since football season ended, these are my stats:
5'9''
240 lbs
Not sure of bf, perhaps 20%.
I would appreciate any tips as to how I can lose most of my fat. I am not worried about losing muscle because that is easy for me to get. I just do not know how to lose my fat most efficiently.
