Question Green Tea as a Diuretic?

    Hey bros
I am on my cycle and want to cut bloating a lil. Have heard that green tea will work. Any truth to this?

    Thanks

    Talking

well it was recommended by my trainer as a diuretic, and it worked magic, i used a pouch each of PMS tea and HERBAL DIURETIC tea (NO Sugar/No milk)

THEN I FOUND OUT WHEN WOMEN HAVE PMS, THEY BLOAT. Rest i figured out myself.

but once u drink it, you will get similar effect as u get from caffeine/ephed and u will be very shaky.

Best Diuretic: Drinking lots of water and watching sodium-intake!
While on cycle ---> the best AI: Letrozole!
