I'm currently doing Primo and Anavar ..here is my diet (any input would be great):
9AM- Multivitamin, 50 mg. B-6, 34 Gram Whey, 1 cup oatmeal
1230- 8 oz Chicken Breast, 16 oz. skim, 4 slices Wheat Bread, 1 Tbsp peanut butter
3PM- 34 Gram Whey, jumbo poppsy-seed bagel (~75 gram carbs)
530PM- 8 oz. Lean Red Meat, 2 cups brown rice
730PM- WORKOUT
Post-Workout- 40 grams Whey, 75 grams simple sugars
10PM- 8 oz. Lean Ham, 16 oz. Skim
Midnight- 34 grams Whey, 10 grams glutamine
Goals: LBM via high protein, moderate carb intake
...any suggestions? thanks all
PS- is it true or false that when taking gear your body can absorb more than 35-40 grams of protein per sitting..?
