what kind of time span do I need to have in between meals before I'm mixing my pro/carb meals with my pro/fat meals? I normally eat every 2 hours but I'm on cycle now and I'm thinking every 1 1/2 now. whatd u guys think?

i eat between 2-3 hrs anymore then that and ur fasting
