I do not endorse binging, but if you're in need, make sure you do it right. Instead of potato chips in my house, I have recently come accross a great alternative- pork rinds. I know- you're all saying, "get the sheezy out of the house", but we all know there's that time when one must just break down, and pork out. I've removed all the "bad" food in the pantry, with less bad foods- like rinds for those times.
Did you know that rinds have zero carbs, half the fat, and eight times the protein as Pringles?
Any other good ideas out there?
