It's minimal. Combined w/the weight training that is done or the cardio w/all the other pre-workout ancillaries, it has no affect on the desired productive workout that I aim to obtain.

For real though. I do like the enhanced metabolism, fat burning, and appetite surpression as well from these products. When dieting for a long period of time, it's nice for me to have these items as a "treat" of sorts, w/additional beneficial properties as listed above.

That's one reason I like it better.

Sodium is 180 mgs per serving, 2 in a can. As long as you follow this with the same amount of water, who cares, the ingredients will have you pissing like a race-horse anyhow.

I[ve been drinking these things for a while. They are in a nice big can too, not like the rinky-dink Red Bulls.

Another one I just found this week is Boo-Koo. It's 24 oz. and has zero carbs and zero calories. Tasty as well.
