Whatever it takes for your body to reach a steady state in your desired target heart rate range.
40-60 minutes (depends)
3-6 days/week (depends)
Having more of a incline will also stress the calves more. The pumps & higher bp when on d-bol may cause some extra pain when at higher elevation. But the heart rate goes up too which is what your trying to do anyways.
