    Enough aminos?

    I asked this on the supp board but I figured you guys could help me too.

    If I'm taking creatine, glutamine, 3 protein shakes a day, multi v, vit c, glucosamine, flax, and dextrose every day do I really need to take BCAA pills?

    The reason I ask is because I'm trying to save money and my shakes have BCAA's in them. I am also taking glutamine. And the creatine I take has glutamine in it as well. So I think I'm getting enough aminos.

    Do I need the BCAA pills too?

    why 3 shakes a day? my only shake is pwo with dex, or maybe a pre-bedtime shake with flax or natty....your better off with real food, like swole said...BEEF

    I'm also eating real food but my question still stands, do I need to take the BCAA caps daily?

    BTW, I have included steak daily in my diet.

    Then if you have meats (complete amino acid pools) and whey protein with all the BCAA's (complete amino acid pools), I'd say supplementing with those would be a waste of cash.

    Only time I would waste money on these (I say waste because I'd have to take an assinine amount) would be the final week before a show.

    So Swole you're saying I really don't need them seeing my shakes have them?
