    hey everyone,

    I just had back sugery 3 weeks ago and can't wait to get back in the game tweekin up the diet and doin the homework..bring on the rocks!!!!

    yes L-5 Blown out and damaged S-1 nerve pretty bad.... and now I have some new problems and need to go for another MRI tonight....But its all good....just the pain sucks...
