Need more stats, like height, age and your lifts. But i'll tell you right now that protein, multivitamin and creatine are the most important ones, along with a good diet.

As far as shakes N-Large would be good for you.
wieder weight gainer, 3 shakes a day (be sure to have one before you go to bed), and plenty of protein
I would recommend solid food over shakes. And i wouldn't use weight gainer shakes all the time either, too many simple carbs in them. Weight gainers are good for PWO shakes, but you should not drink them all the time. Try micellar casein protein with some flax oil or almonds before bed.
