I bought some protein from this site, the cheap stuff thats like $39 FOR 10 POUNDS. It has 22 grams of protein, 5.5 carbs 2g from sugar per serving. I have 2 servings normally. So here is my question....2 servings is 44g of prot and 11g of carbs. I know I should normally mix flax with it to get my protein/fat combo, but with 11g of carb is that too many carbs to add the fats in with this meal. I know I shouldnt be mixing carbs and fats so that is why I am concerned. Any help would be appreciated.
