why would you not what to know your current baseline info?what is the point?drop some water for a skinfoild test?makes no sense.if you're fat you're fat.if you are retaining water you are.get teh corrct stats then adjust you diet according to the results.do you want a pat on the back for dieting down or cutting water for a bf test.this could be one of the weirdest questions i have seen in awhile.no offense
